هَلْ ثُوِّبَ الْكُفَّارُ مَا كَانُوا يَفْعَلُونَ
Transliteration: Hal thuwwiba alkuffaru ma kanoo yafAAaloona
Are not the disbelievers paid (fully) for what they used to do?
