« Verse-222 »
وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُواْ النِّسَاء فِي الْمَحِيضِ وَلاَ تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّىَ يَطْهُرْنَ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللّهُ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ
English Transliteration: Va yas’aloonaka aanil maaheed(maaheedi), kul huva azan, faa’taziloon niseaa feel maaheedi, va lea taakraaboohunna haattea yaathurn(yaathurna) fa izea tataahharna fa’toohunna min haaysu amarakumulleah(amarakumulleahu) innaalleaha yuhıbbut tavveabeena va yuhibbul mutataahhireen(mutataahhireena).
And they ask you about menstruation. Say: “It is a pain; therefore keep aloof from the women during menses and do not go near them until they have become clean; then when they have cleansed themselves, go to them the way Allah has commanded you”. Surely Allah loves those who repent and He loves those who keep themselves clean.
