وَإِذْ جَعَلْنَا الْبَيْتَ مَثَابَةً لِّلنَّاسِ وَأَمْناً وَاتَّخِذُواْ مِن مَّقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى وَعَهِدْنَا إِلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ أَن طَهِّرَا بَيْتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالْعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ
English Transliteration: Va iz caaalneal bayta maseabatan lin neasi va amnea(amnan), vattahizoo min maakeamı ibreaheema musaallea(musaallan) va aahidnea ilea ibreaheema va ismeaeela an taahhirea baytiya lit teaifeena val eakifeena var rukkaais sucood(sucoodi).
And (remember) We made the House (the Holy Ka’ba at Makka) a place of resort (where one may gain rewards) and a place of safety. Appoint for yourselves a place of prayer on the standing-place (Maqâm) of Abraham (Ibrahîm). And We enjoined Abraham and Ishmael (Ismail) that they should purify My House for those who circumambulate (it) and stay (and contemplate in it) and bow and prostrate themselves (there, in prayer).
