فَبَدَّلَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ قَوْلاً غَيْرَ الَّذِي قِيلَ لَهُمْ فَأَنزَلْنَا عَلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رِجْزاً مِّنَ السَّمَاء بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْسُقُونَ
English Transliteration: Fa baddalallazeena zaalamoo kaavlan gaayrallazee keela lahum fa anzalnea aalallazeena zaalamoo riczan minas sameai bimea keanoo yafsukoon(yafsukoona).
But the wrongdoers changed the word from that which had been told to them for another (word), so We sent upon the wrong-doers a pestilence from the heaven, because they strayed (they fell into “Fisq” - they went out of the Way of Allah).
