Listen Quran: 2/Al-Baqarah-164
2/Al-Baqarah-164: Most surely in the creation of the heavens and the earth and in the alternation of the night and the day and the ships which sail through the sea with that profits men, and the water (rain) which Allah sends down from the sky, then gives life with it to the earth after its death and scatters in it all kinds of moving creatures and in the veering of the winds and the clouds made subservient between the sky and the earth, there are Signs for a people who are mindful.
Listen Quran: 2/Al-Baqarah-165
2/Al-Baqarah-165: And of the men there are some who set up equals (idols, partners) with Allah. They love them (what they take for partners, associates) as they love Allah. (Yet) those who are âmenû (who believe) are stronger in love for Allah. If only those who tyrannize could have seen that during the torment, the Power is wholly Allah’s and that Allah is Severe in torment (punishment).
Listen Quran: 2/Al-Baqarah-166
2/Al-Baqarah-166: Then those who were followed (depended on) disowned those who followed (depended on) them and they saw the torment. Then all their relations (ties) are cut asunder.
Listen Quran: 2/Al-Baqarah-167
2/Al-Baqarah-167: And those who followed (depended on) others besides Allah said: “If only there had been for us a return (to the worldly life), we would disown them as they have disowned us”. Thus Allah will show them that their deeds are lost. And they will never get out of the Fire either.
Listen Quran: 2/Al-Baqarah-168
2/Al-Baqarah-168: O mankind! Eat of that which is lawful and clean on earth, and do not follow the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan) Verily, he is to you an open enemy.
Listen Quran: 2/Al-Baqarah-169
2/Al-Baqarah-169: He commands you only what is evil and indecent (Fahsha), and that you should say against (about) Allah what you do not know.
