23/Al-Mu'minun-44: Then We sent Our Messengers in succession. Whenever its Messenger came to a nation, they belied him; then We (destroyed them) one after another and We made them stories. So away (from the Mercy of Allah) with a people who do not believe.
23/Al-Mu'minun-45: Then We sent Moses and his brother Aaron with Our Verses, and a clear Sultan (the Torah).
23/Al-Mu'minun-46: (We sent Moses and Aaron) to Pharaoh and his notables, but they behaved arrogantly and they became insolent people.
23/Al-Mu'minun-47: Then they said: “Shall we believe in two human beings (Moses and Aaron) like ourselves, whereas their people are servants (slaves) to us”?
23/Al-Mu'minun-50: And We made the son of Mary (Jesus) and his mother a Sign (miracle) and We gave them a shelter on a lofty ground having meadows and springs.
23/Al-Mu'minun-51: O Messengers! Eat of the good (clean and lawful blessings) and do improving deeds (that purify the soul). Surely I know the best what you do.
23/Al-Mu'minun-52: And surely this nation of yours is a single nation, and I am your Lord. So have piety towards Me (wish to reach Me before death).
23/Al-Mu'minun-53: But they cut off the affairs (of the Religion) among themselves into sects, each part rejoicing in that which they accepted.
23/Al-Mu'minun-56: (Do they think that) We hasten to them the good things? Nay, they are not aware.
