إِنَّمَا السَّبِيلُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَسْتَأْذِنُونَكَ وَهُمْ أَغْنِيَاء رَضُواْ بِأَن يَكُونُواْ مَعَ الْخَوَالِفِ وَطَبَعَ اللّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ
English Transliteration: Innameas sabeelu aaleallazeena yasta'zinoonaka va hum aagniyeau, raadoo bi an yakoonoo maaal haavealifi va taabaaalleahu aalea kuloobihim fa hum lea yaa'lamoon(yaa'lamoona).
The way (the sin) is only against those who ask permission of you though they are rich. They are content to be with those who remained behind. And Allah has sealed up their hearts, so they no longer know.
