إِلاَّ تَنفِرُواْ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلاَ تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْئًا وَاللّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
English Transliteration: Illea tanfiroo yuaazzibkum aazeaban aleeman va yastabdil kaavman gaayraakum va lea tadurroohu shay'ea (shay’an), vaalleahu aalea kulli shay'in kaadeer(kaadeerun).
If you do not march forth (having your spirit get on the Sirat-i Mustakim to reach Allah) (voluntarily go to war), He will torment you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people. You cannot harm Him at all in any way, and Allah has Power over all things.
