41/Fussilat-49: Human is never tired of praying for good (asking). If an evil touches him, then he gives up all hope and is lost in despair. (English Transliteration: Lea yas’amul inseanu min dueail haayri va in massahush sharru fa yaoosun kaanoot(kaanootun).)

لَا يَسْأَمُ الْإِنسَانُ مِن دُعَاء الْخَيْرِ وَإِن مَّسَّهُ الشَّرُّ فَيَؤُوسٌ قَنُوطٌ
English Transliteration: Lea yas’amul inseanu min dueail haayri va in massahush sharru fa yaoosun kaanoot(kaanootun).
