الَّذِينَ عَاهَدتَّ مِنْهُمْ ثُمَّ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَهُمْ فِي كُلِّ مَرَّةٍ وَهُمْ لاَ يَتَّقُونَ
English Transliteration: Allazeena eahadta minhum summa yankudoona aahdahum fee kulli marraatin va hum lea yattakoon (yattakoona).
They are those with whom you made a covenant, but they break their covenant every time. And they are not the owners of piety.
