قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ مَالِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِي الْمُلْكَ مَن تَشَاء وَتَنزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّن تَشَاء وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَاء وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَاء بِيَدِكَ الْخَيْرُ إِنَّكَ عَلَىَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
English Transliteration: Kulilleahumma mealikal mulki too’til mulka man tasheau va tanziul mulka mimman tashea’(tasheau), va tuizzu man tasheau va tuzillu man tashea’(tasheau, bi yadikal haayr(haayru), innaka aalea kulli shay’in kaadeer(kaadeerun).
Say: “O Allah! Owner of the sovereignty! You give the sovereignty to whom You will and You take away the sovereignty from whom You will and You exalt whom You will and abase whom You will; In Your Hand is the Good; surely You have Power over all things”.
