لِيَقْطَعَ طَرَفًا مِّنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ أَوْ يَكْبِتَهُمْ فَيَنقَلِبُواْ خَآئِبِينَ
English Transliteration: Li yaaktaaaa taaraafan minallazeena kafaroo av yakbitahum fa yankaaliboo heaibeen(heaibeena).
(This help is to) cut down (destroy) a section of the disbelievers or to make them miserable so that they turn back and leave in disappointment.
