« Verse-90 »
فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ يَحْيَى وَأَصْلَحْنَا لَهُ زَوْجَهُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَيَدْعُونَنَا رَغَبًا وَرَهَبًا وَكَانُوا لَنَا خَاشِعِينَ
English Transliteration: Fastacabnea lah(lahu), va vahabnea lahu yaahyea va aaslaahnea lahu zavcah(zavcahu), innahum keanoo yusearioona fil haayreati va yad’oonanea ragaaban va rahabea(rahaban), va keanoo lanea heashieen(heashieena).
So We responded to him (We accepted his prayer) and We bestowed upon him Yahya (John) and improved his wife for him too (We brought her to a state to give birth to a child). They used to vie with one another in good deeds and to call upon Us, hoping (loving) and fearing and they were in reverence towards Us.
