إِنَّمَا سُلْطَانُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَتَوَلَّوْنَهُ وَالَّذِينَ هُم بِهِ مُشْرِكُونَ
English Transliteration: Innamea sulteanuhu aalallazeena yatavallavnahu vallazeena hum bihee müshrikoon(müshrikoona).
His authority is only over those who turn him and those who through him associate others with Allah (as they do not wish to reach Allah).
