وَجَاوَزْنَا بِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ الْبَحْرَ فَأَتْبَعَهُمْ فِرْعَوْنُ وَجُنُودُهُ بَغْيًا وَعَدْوًا حَتَّى إِذَا أَدْرَكَهُ الْغَرَقُ قَالَ آمَنتُ أَنَّهُ لا إِلِهَ إِلاَّ الَّذِي آمَنَتْ بِهِ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ وَأَنَاْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
English Transliteration: Va ceavaznea bi banee isreaeelal baahra fa atbaaahum fir’aavnu va cunooduhu baagyan va aadvea(aadvan), haattea izea adraakahul gaaraaku keala eamantu annahu lea ileaha illeallazee eamanat bihee banoo isreaeela va ana minal muslimeen(muslimeena).
We made the Children of Israel to pass through the sea. So Pharaoh and his army followed them in oppression and enmity. When (water) drowning overtook him, he said: “I believe that there is no god but He in Whom the Children of Israel believe and I am of those who submit (to Allah)”.
