تِلْكَ الْقُرَى نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ أَنبَآئِهَا وَلَقَدْ جَاءتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا كَانُواْ لِيُؤْمِنُواْ بِمَا كَذَّبُواْ مِن قَبْلُ كَذَلِكَ يَطْبَعُ اللّهُ عَلَىَ قُلُوبِ الْكَافِرِينَ
English Transliteration: Tilkal kurea naakussu aalayka min anbeaihea va lakaad ceaathum rusuluhum bil bayyineati fa mea keanoo li yu’minoo bi mea kazzaboo min kaablu, kazealika yaatbaaulleahu aalea kuloobil keafireen (keafireena).
Such are the countries that We relate to you their news (conditions). Certainly their Messengers came to them with the clear proofs (miracles). But they did not believe in for what they rejected (belied) earlier. Thus does Allah set a seal over the hearts of the disbelievers.
