Listen Quran: 7/Al-A'raf-160
7/Al-A'raf-160: And We divided them into twelve tribes, as nations. We revealed to Moses when his people asked him for water: ‘Strike the rock with your staff, so there gushed forth out of it twelve springs’. So that each tribe knew their drinking place. And We caused the cloud to overshadow them. And sent down for them Al-Manna and the quails. Eat of the good and clean things with which We have provided you! They did not wrong us but they used to wrong their own souls.
Listen Quran: 7/Al-A'raf-161
7/Al-A'raf-161: And it was said to them: “Dwell in this town and eat from it wherever you wish and indicate your Repentance and enter the gate as you prostrate”. So We shall forgive your wrong-doings and even increase more for the Muhsinîn (those who have submitted their physical bodies to Allah).
Listen Quran: 7/Al-A'raf-162
7/Al-A'raf-162: But those of them who did wrong changed the word that had been spoken to them for another saying. So We sent down upon them torment from heaven because of their wrong-doing.
Listen Quran: 7/Al-A'raf-163
7/Al-A'raf-163: And ask them about the town that was (once) by the sea. They exceed the limits of the Sabbath (Saturday), when the fish come to them on the day of their Sabbath (on the day when the prohibition was carried out), appearing on the surface of the water. And on the day on which they do not keep the Sabbath (on the day when the prohibition was not carried out) (the fish) do not come to them. Thus did We try them because they were in Fısq.
