« Verse-42 »
وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ لَئِن جَاءهُمْ نَذِيرٌ لَّيَكُونُنَّ أَهْدَى مِنْ إِحْدَى الْأُمَمِ فَلَمَّا جَاءهُمْ نَذِيرٌ مَّا زَادَهُمْ إِلَّا نُفُورًا
English Transliteration: Va aaksamoo billeahi cahda aymeanihim la in ceaahum nazeerun la yakoonunna ahdea min ihdal umam(umami), fa lammea ceaahum nazeerun mea zeadahum illea nufoorea(nufooraan).
And they swore by Allah with the strongest of their oaths that, if a Warner came to them, they would be in Hidayet more than any of the nations. But when a Warner came to them, it increased in nothing but hatred.
