« Verse-2 »
مَا يَفْتَحِ اللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحْمَةٍ فَلَا مُمْسِكَ لَهَا وَمَا يُمْسِكْ فَلَا مُرْسِلَ لَهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
English Transliteration: Mea yaftahilleahu lin neasi min raahmatin fa lea mumsika lahea, va mea yumsik fa lea mursila lahu min baa’dih(baa’dihee), va huval aazeezul haakeem(haakeemu).
Whatever Allah opens (increases) to men of His Mercy, there is none to withhold it, and whatever He withholds there is none to send it forth (release) after that. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise (the Owner of Wisdom and Judgment).
