مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِي رُءُوسِهِمْ لاَ يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَاء
English Transliteration: Muhtıeena mukniee ruoosihim lea yartaddu ilayhim taarfuhum, va af’idatuhum havea’(haveaun).
Those who run forward with their heads upraised (staring at the skies)! Their glances cannot revert to them. And their hearts are full of the vices (of the soul).
