« Verse-44 »
وَأَنذِرِ النَّاسَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمُ الْعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رَبَّنَا أَخِّرْنَا إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ نُّجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ الرُّسُلَ أَوَلَمْ تَكُونُواْ أَقْسَمْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالٍ
English Transliteration: Va anzirin neasa yavma ya’teehimul aazeabu fa yakoolullazeena zaalamoo raabbanea aahhırnea ilea acalin kaareebin nucib daa’vataka va nattabiır rusul(rusula), a va lam takoonoo aaksamtum min kaablu mea lakum min zaveal(zavealin).
Warn the people of a day of torment that shall come to them. Then those who were unjust will say: “Our Lord! Respite us to a near term, so we shall respond to Your Call and depend on the Messengers.” Had you not sworn, before, that for you there would be no cessation?
