أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ كَانُوا أَكْثَرَ مِنْهُمْ وَأَشَدَّ قُوَّةً وَآثَارًا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَمَا أَغْنَى عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ
English Transliteration: A fa lam yaseeroo feel aardı fa yanzuroo kayfa keana eakıbatullazeena min kaablihim, keanoo aksara minhum va ashadda kuvvatan va easearan feel aardı famea aagnea aanhum mea keanoo yaksiboon(yaksiboona).
Have they not then travelled in the earth? They should see how was the end of those before them? They were more numerous and stronger in might and in the works of art in the land, but what they used to earn did not avail them in anything.
