إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ أَغْلاَلاً فَهِيَ إِلَى الأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ
English Transliteration: Innea caaalnea fee aa’neakıhim aaglealan fa hiya ilal azkeani fa hum mukmahoon(mukmahoona).
Surely We have put on their necks chains that reach up to their chins. Therefore they are the ones whose heads are raised aloft.
