« Verse-12 »
هُوَ الَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنْشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَ
English Transliteration: Huvaallazee yureekumul barkaa haavfan va taamaaan va yunshius saheabas sikeal(sikeala).
He it is Who shows you the lightning causing fear and hope and generates (organizes) the clouds, heavy (with rain).
