تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Transliteration: Tanzeelu alkitabi la rayba feehi min rabbi alAAalameena
The sending down of the Book in which there is no doubt is from the Lord of the Worlds.
