فِي أَدْنَى الْأَرْضِ وَهُم مِّن بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ
Transliteration: Fee adna alardi wahum min baAAdi ghalabihim sayaghliboona
In the lowest (nearest) land, and they, after being vanquished, shall overcome (be victorious).
