يَمْحُو اللّهُ مَا يَشَاء وَيُثْبِتُ وَعِندَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ
Transliteration: Yamhoo Allahu ma yashao wayuthbitu waAAindahu ommu alkitabi
Allah blots out what He wills and confirms (makes fixed) [what He wills] and with Him is the Mother (the Basis) of the Book.
