لِيَعْلَمَ أَن قَدْ أَبْلَغُوا رِسَالَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ وَأَحَاطَ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ وَأَحْصَى كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عَدَدًا
Transliteration: LiyaAAlama an qad ablaghoo risalati rabbihim waahata bima ladayhim waahsa kulla shayin AAadadan
So that He may know that they have truly conveyed the Messages of the Lord, and He encompasses (surrounds) what is with them (with His Knowledge) and He records the number of all things (He keeps count of all things).
