لِئَلَّا يَعْلَمَ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ أَلَّا يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِّن فَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَأَنَّ الْفَضْلَ بِيَدِ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَاء وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ
Transliteration: Lialla yaAAlama ahlu alkitabi alla yaqdiroona AAala shayin min fadli Allahi waanna alfadla biyadi Allahi yuteehi man yashao waAllahu thoo alfadli alAAatheemi
So that the People of the Book may know that they have no power over the Grace (Virtue) of Allah, and that (His) Grace is (entirely) in His Hand (Power), He gives it to whom He wills; and Allah is the Owner of Mighty Grace [(the light of) Virtue].
