الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ
Transliteration: Allathee lahu mulku alssamawati waalardi waAllahu AAala kulli shayin shaheedun
Whose is the Sovereignty (the Kingdom, the Dominion) of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is a Witness over everything.
