وَلاَ يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَبَقُواْ إِنَّهُمْ لاَ يُعْجِزُونَ
Transliteration: Wala yahsabanna allatheena kafaroo sabaqoo innahum la yuAAjizoona
And let not those who disbelieve suppose (reckon) that they can outstrip (Allah’s purpose) Assuredly, they cannot escape [they cannot render (Allah) impotent].
