وَلَهُ مَا سَكَنَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Transliteration: Walahu ma sakana fee allayli waalnnahari wahuwa alssameeAAu alAAaleemu
And to Him belongs whatever dwells (rests, exists) in the night and the day; and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
