22/Al-Hajj-1: Ya ayyuha alnnasu ittaqoo rabbakum inna zalzalata alssaAAati shayon AAatheemun
O mankind! Have piety (takwa) towards your Lord! Surely the quake of the Hour (of Judgment) is a mighty thing.
22/Al-Hajj-2: Yawma tarawnaha tathhalu kullu murdiAAatin AAamma ardaAAat watadaAAu kullu thati hamlin hamlaha watara alnnasa sukara wama hum bisukara walakinna AAathaba Allahi shadeedun
On the Day when you shall see it (the Doomsday) every suckling woman shall quit in confusion what she suckled, and every pregnant one shall lay down (drop) her burden ,and you shall see men intoxicated (as drunken), but the Torment of Allah will be severe (strong).
22/Al-Hajj-3: Wamina alnnasi man yujadilu fee Allahi bighayri AAilmin wayattabiAAu kulla shaytanin mareedin
And of the men there is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge and follows (depends on) every rebellious devil (satan).
22/Al-Hajj-4: Kutiba AAalayhi annahu man tawallahu faannahu yudilluhu wayahdeehi ila AAathabi alssaAAeeri
It is written down upon him (Satan) that whoever takes him for a friend (turns to him) he shall cause him to fall into Misguidance and conduct him to the torment of the burning Fire (of the Flame).
22/Al-Hajj-5: Ya ayyuha alnnasu in kuntum fee raybin mina albaAAthi fainna khalaqnakum min turabin thumma min nutfatin thumma min AAalaqatin thumma min mudghatin mukhallaqatin waghayri mukhallaqatin linubayyina lakum wanuqirru fee alarhami ma nashao ila ajalin musamman thumma nukhrijukum tiflan thumma litablughoo ashuddakum waminkum man yutawaffa waminkum man yuraddu ila arthali alAAumuri likayla yaAAlama min baAAdi AAilmin shayan watara alarda hamidatan faitha anzalna AAalayha almaa ihtazzat warabat waanbatat min kulli zawjin baheejin
O mankind! If you are in doubt about the Raising up (the Resurrection) then surely We created you (at first) from dust (soil, organic and inorganic substances) then from a small seed (a drop of sperm, “nutfah”), then from an “alaqah” (an embryo hung on to the wall of the womb by one point) then from a lump of flesh, complete in make and incomplete (shaped and unshaped), that We may make clear to you; and We cause what We will to stay in the wombs till an appointed term, then you may attain your maturity (your age of full strength); and of you is he who is caused to die, and of you is he who is brought back to the miserable old age so that after having knowledge he does not know anything ;and you see the earth dry and barren (sterile), but when We send down on it the water (rain), it is stirred (it vibrates, trembles) and it swells and grows of every charming pair.
22/Al-Hajj-6: Thalika bianna Allaha huwa alhaqqu waannahu yuhyee almawta waannahu AAala kulli shayin qadeerun
This is because Allah: He is the Truth and because He gives life to the dead and because He has Power over all things,
22/Al-Hajj-7: Waanna alssaAAata atiyatun la rayba feeha waanna Allaha yabAAathu man fee alquboori
And because the Hour is coming, there is no doubt about it; and because Allah shall raise up those who are in the graves.
22/Al-Hajj-8: Wamina alnnasi man yujadilu fee Allahi bighayri AAilmin wala hudan wala kitabin muneerin
And among men there is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge and without guide and without an illuminating Book.
22/Al-Hajj-9: Thaniya AAitfihi liyudilla AAan sabeeli Allahi lahu fee alddunya khizyun wanutheequhu yawma alqiyamati AAathaba alhareeqi
He bends (alters) it (the fundamentals in Allah’s Religion) in pride in order to cause (men) to deviate from the Way of Allah; for him is disgrace in this world, and on the Day of Resurrection We will make him taste the torment of burning (Fire).
22/Al-Hajj-10: Thalika bima qaddamat yadaka waanna Allaha laysa bithallamin lilAAabeedi
This is because of what your two hands have sent forth, and because Allah is not in the least unjust to the servants.
22/Al-Hajj-11: Wamina alnnasi man yaAAbudu Allaha AAala harfin fain asabahu khayrun itmaanna bihi wain asabathu fitnatun inqalaba AAala wajhihi khasira alddunya waalakhirata thalika huwa alkhusranu almubeenu
And among mankind is he who serves Allah on the verge (reluctantly), so that if good befalls him, he is satisfied with it, but if a trial afflicts him he turns back on his face (to disbelief); he loses this world as well as the Hereafter. [He is in Loss (Husran) in this world and in the Hereafter].
22/Al-Hajj-12: YadAAoo min dooni Allahi ma la yadurruhu wama la yanfaAAuhu thalika huwa alddalalu albaAAeedu
He calls besides Allah upon that which does not harm him and that which does not profit him; this is a manifest Misguidance.
22/Al-Hajj-13: YadAAoo laman darruhu aqrabu min nafAAihi labisa almawla walabisa alAAasheeru
He calls upon him whose harm is nearer (more) than his profit; evil certainly is the befriender (those that he worships) and evil is certainly the companion (associate).
22/Al-Hajj-14: Inna Allaha yudkhilu allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu inna Allaha yafAAalu ma yureedu
Surely Allah will cause those who believe (those who wish to reach Allah before dying) and do improving deeds (the soul’s purification) to enter Gardens (Paradise) beneath which the rivers flow; surely Allah does what He wills.
22/Al-Hajj-15: Man kana yathunnu an lan yansurahu Allahu fee alddunya waalakhirati falyamdud bisababin ila alssamai thumma liyaqtaAA falyanthur hal yuthhibanna kayduhu ma yagheethu
Whoever thinks that Allah never assists him in this world and the Hereafter, let him stretch out a rope to the sky, then let him cut it (that rope, connection) off, then let him see if his plan will remove that (calamity that has befallen him) at which he is enraged.
22/Al-Hajj-16: Wakathalika anzalnahu ayatin bayyinatin waanna Allaha yahdee man yureedu
And thus have We sent it down as clear arguments and surely Allah causes whom He wills to reach Himself (to attain Guidance).
22/Al-Hajj-17: Inna allatheena amanoo waallatheena hadoo waalssabieena waalnnasara waalmajoosa waallatheena ashrakoo inna Allaha yafsilu baynahum yawma alqiyamati inna Allaha AAala kulli shayin shaheedun
Surely those who believe (those who wish to reach Allah before dying) and those who are Jews, and the Christians and the Magians (Majus), the worshippers of the fire) and those who associate (others with Allah), surely Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection; surely Allah is over all things a Witness.
22/Al-Hajj-18: Alam tara anna Allaha yasjudu lahu man fee alssamawati waman fee alardi waalshshamsu waalqamaru waalnnujoomu waaljibalu waalshshajaru waalddawabbu wakatheerun mina alnnasi wakatheerun haqqa AAalayhi alAAathabu waman yuhini Allahu fama lahu min mukrimin inna Allaha yafAAalu ma yashao
Do you not see that whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth, and the sun, and the moon, and the stars, and the mountains and the trees and moving (living) creatures (Ad-Davabb) and many of the men prostrate themselves to Allah; and there is none who can make him honorable; surely Allah makes what He pleases (wills).
22/Al-Hajj-19: Hathani khasmani ikhtasamoo fee rabbihim faallatheena kafaroo quttiAAat lahum thiyabun min narin yusabbu min fawqi ruoosihimu alhameemu
These two (the believers and the disbelievers) are adversaries who dispute about their Lord; then (as to) those who disbelieve, for them are cut out garments of fire; boiling water shall be poured down over their heads.
22/Al-Hajj-20: Yusharu bihi ma fee butoonihim waaljuloodu
With it shall be melted what is in their bellies (inner organs) and (their) skins as well.
22/Al-Hajj-21: Walahum maqamiAAu min hadeedin
And for them are whips of iron.
22/Al-Hajj-22: Kullama aradoo an yakhrujoo minha min ghammin oAAeedoo feeha wathooqoo AAathaba alhareeqi
Whenever they will desire to go forth from it, from anguish they will be turned back into it, and (it is said to them): Taste the torment of burning.
22/Al-Hajj-23: Inna Allaha yudkhilu allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu yuhallawna feeha min asawira min thahabin waluluan walibasuhum feeha hareerun
Surely Allah will make those who believe (who are âmenû, who wish to reach Allah before dying) and do improving deeds (the soul’s purification) enter Gardens beneath which the rivers flow; they shall be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and (with) pearls, and their garments therein shall be of silk.
22/Al-Hajj-24: Wahudoo ila alttayyibi mina alqawli wahudoo ila sirati alhameedi
And they have been guided to the good and pure of the speech (to wish to reach Allah) and they have been guided (directed) to the Path of the Praised One (to the Way of the first of the seven phases of Islam).
22/Al-Hajj-25: Inna allatheena kafaroo wayasuddoona AAan sabeeli Allahi waalmasjidi alharami allathee jaAAalnahu lilnnasi sawaan alAAakifu feehi waalbadi waman yurid feehi biilhadin bithulmin nuthiqhu min AAathabin aleemin
Surely (as for) those who disbelieve, and hinder (men) from the Way of Allah and from the Sacred Mosque which We have made equally for all men, (for) the dwellers therein and (for) the visitors from the outside; and whoever desires therein to cause (men) to deviate (from the Way of the Truth one) with wrongdoing, We will make him taste of a painful torment (punishment).
22/Al-Hajj-26: Waith bawwana liibraheema makana albayti an la tushrik bee shayan watahhir baytiya lilttaifeena waalqaimeena waalrrukkaAAi alssujoodi
And (remember) when We made manifest to Abraham the site (place) of the (sacred) House (saying): Do not associate with Me anything; and keep My House pure (clean) for those who circumambulate (it) and those who stand up (for prayer) and those who bow and prostrate themselves.
22/Al-Hajj-27: Waaththin fee alnnasi bialhajji yatooka rijalan waAAala kulli damirin yateena min kulli fajjin AAameeqin
And proclaim among the people the Pilgrimage: They will come to you on foot and on every lean camel, they will come from every deep and distant mountain path.
22/Al-Hajj-28: Liyashhadoo manafiAAa lahum wayathkuroo isma Allahi fee ayyamin maAAloomatin AAala ma razaqahum min baheemati alanAAami fakuloo minha waatAAimoo albaisa alfaqeera
That they may witness advantages (things that are of benefit to) for them and mention the Name of Allah during days over what He has provided for them of the cattle quadrupeds (for sacrifice), then eat of them and feed the poor who have a very hard time
22/Al-Hajj-29: Thumma lyaqdoo tafathahum walyoofoo nuthoorahum walyattawwafoo bialbayti alAAateeqi
Then let them remove their dirt (let them put on the pilgrim’s garb) [let them accomplish their needful acts of shaving and cleansing] and let them fulfill their vows and let them go round (circumambulate) the Ancient House (the Ka’bah).
22/Al-Hajj-30: Thalika waman yuAAaththim hurumati Allahi fahuwa khayrun lahu AAinda rabbihi waohillat lakumu alanAAamu illa ma yutla AAalaykum faijtaniboo alrrijsa mina alawthani waijtaniboo qawla alzzoori
That (shall be so); and whoever respects the sacred ordinances of Allah, it is better for him with his Lord; and the cattle are made lawful for you, except that which is recited (read and explained) to you, therefore avoid the uncleanness of the idols and avoid lying speech (false statements).
22/Al-Hajj-31: Hunafaa lillahi ghayra mushrikeena bihi waman yushrik biAllahi fakaannama kharra mina alssamai fatakhtafuhu alttayru aw tahwee bihi alrreehu fee makanin saheeqin
(Perform your duties of the Pilgrimage) being upright for Allah (as servants submitted to one God) not associating anything with Him [the hanifs (the servants submitted to one God) are the ones who do not associate them (idols) with Him] and whoever associates (others) with Allah, it is as if he had fallen from the sky, then the birds had snatched him away or the wind had blown him to a far off place.
22/Al-Hajj-32: Thalika waman yuAAaththim shaAAaira Allahi fainnaha min taqwa alquloobi
Thus it is, and whoever observes respectfully the Marks (the orders, the ordinances) of Allah, this surely is of the piety of the hearts.
22/Al-Hajj-33: Lakum feeha manafiAAu ila ajalin musamman thumma mahilluha ila albayti alAAateeqi
In them (cattle offered for sacrifice) are benefits (in their milk, wool…) for a named term (till the time of their being slaughtered), then their place of sacrifices is (the area of) the Ancient House.
22/Al-Hajj-34: Walikulli ommatin jaAAalna mansakan liyathkuroo isma Allahi AAala ma razaqahum min baheemati alanAAami failahukum ilahun wahidun falahu aslimoo wabashshiri almukhbiteena
And for every nation (community) We appointed a ritual (the same ritual) for sacrifice that they may mention the Name of Allah over the cattle quadrupeds which We have provided for them (that they should slaughter the sacrifices with the Name of Allah); so your God is One God, therefore to Him should you submit, and give good news to the humble [Al-Muhbitûn=those into the (souls’) hearts of whom Ihbat (the divine computerized system enabling men to understand what the murshid explains to them) has been placed].
22/Al-Hajj-35: Allatheena itha thukira Allahu wajilat quloobuhum waalssabireena AAala ma asabahum waalmuqeemee alssalati wamimma razaqnahum yunfiqoona
(To) those whose hearts tremble (those whose hearts and bodies are shaken by a “current” coming from Allah) when Allah is mentioned and those who keep up the prayer(s), and spend (benevolently) out of what We have provided them.
22/Al-Hajj-36: Waalbudna jaAAalnaha lakum min shaAAairi Allahi lakum feeha khayrun faothkuroo isma Allahi AAalayha sawaffa faitha wajabat junoobuha fakuloo minha waatAAimoo alqaniAAa waalmuAAtarra kathalika sakhkharnaha lakum laAAallakum tashkuroona
And the “Budn” (cows, oxen, or camels) We have made them for you of the ceremonials (orders, ordinances) of Allah; for you therein is much good. So mention the Name of Allah over them standing in rows, then when they fall down on their sides, (when they are slaughtered), eat of them and feed the poor who do not ask (men), and the beggar who ask (men). Thus have We made them subservient to you, that you may be thankful (grateful).
22/Al-Hajj-37: Lan yanala Allaha luhoomuha wala dimaoha walakin yanaluhu alttaqwa minkum kathalika sakhkharaha lakum litukabbiroo Allaha AAala ma hadakum wabashshiri almuhsineena
It is neither their flesh nor their blood that reaches Allah, but it is piety (takwa, submitting to Allah) that reaches Him; thus has He made them subservient to you, that you may magnify Allah because He has caused you to attain Guidance; and give glad tidings to the doers of good (Al-Muhsinûn=those who have submitted their physical bodies to Allah).
22/Al-Hajj-38: Inna Allaha yudafiAAu AAani allatheena amanoo inna Allaha la yuhibbu kulla khawwanin kafoorin
Surely Allah drives away (troubles) from those who believe (who are âmenû, who wish to reach Allah before dying); surely Allah does not love any one who is treacherous, ungrateful (disbelievers).
22/Al-Hajj-39: Othina lillatheena yuqataloona biannahum thulimoo wainna Allaha AAala nasrihim laqadeerun
Permission is given to those who are fought against (for their fighting), because they have been wronged; and most surely Allah is Able to help them.
22/Al-Hajj-40: Allatheena okhrijoo min diyarihim bighayri haqqin illa an yaqooloo rabbuna Allahu walawla dafAAu Allahi alnnasa baAAdahum bibaAAdin lahuddimat sawamiAAu wabiyaAAun wasalawatun wamasajidu yuthkaru feeha ismu Allahi katheeran walayansuranna Allahu man yansuruhu inna Allaha laqawiyyun AAazeezun
Those who have been expelled from their homes unjustly only because they said: Our Lord is Allah. And if there had not been Allah’s repelling some people by others, monasteries, and churches and synagogues and mosques in which Allah’s Name is often mentioned (remembered) would surely have been pulled down. Allah will surely help those who help Him (His cause). Truly, Allah is All-Strong, All–Mighty.
22/Al-Hajj-41: Allatheena in makkannahum fee alardi aqamoo alssalata waatawoo alzzakata waamaroo bialmaAAroofi wanahaw AAani almunkari walillahi AAaqibatu alomoori
Those who, if We give them power (establish them) in the earth, keep up the Prayer and give the poor–rate (Az-Zakat) and they enjoin Al-Ma’ruf (all that Islam orders one to do) and forbid Al-Munkar (all that Islam has forbidden). and Allah’s is the end of all the affairs (Orders).
22/Al-Hajj-42: Wain yukaththibooka faqad kaththabat qablahum qawmu noohin waAAadun wathamoodu
And if they deny (belie) you, then already before you did the people of Noah and ‘Âd and Thamûd belie (deny) (their Prophets).
22/Al-Hajj-43: Waqawmu ibraheema waqawmu lootin
And the people of Abraham and the people of Lot (belied, denied their Prophets).
22/Al-Hajj-44: Waashabu madyana wakuththiba moosa faamlaytu lilkafireena thumma akhathtuhum fakayfa kana nakeeri
And the dwellers of Midian (Madyan); and Moses (too) was belied (rejected) but I gave respite to the disbelievers, then I seized (overtook) them, so how was My punishment (disapproval)!
22/Al-Hajj-45: Fakaayyin min qaryatin ahlaknaha wahiya thalimatun fahiya khawiyatun AAala AAurooshiha wabirin muAAattalatin waqasrin masheedin
So how many a town did We destroy while it was given to wrong–doing, so it was fallen down upon its roofs, and (how many a) deserted well and palace raised high!
22/Al-Hajj-46: Afalam yaseeroo fee alardi fatakoona lahum quloobun yaAAqiloona biha aw athanun yasmaAAoona biha fainnaha la taAAma alabsaru walakin taAAma alquloobu allatee fee alssudoori
Have they not traveled in the land (on the earth) so that they should have hearts with which to comprehend, or ears with which to hear? For surely it is not the eyes that are blind, but blind are the hearts which are in the breasts.
22/Al-Hajj-47: WayastaAAjiloonaka bialAAathabi walan yukhlifa Allahu waAAdahu wainna yawman AAinda rabbika kaalfi sanatin mimma taAAuddoona
And they ask you to hasten on the torment! and Allah never fails His promise, and surely a day with your Lord is a thousand years of what you number.
22/Al-Hajj-48: Wakaayyin min qaryatin amlaytu laha wahiya thalimatun thumma akhathtuha wailayya almaseeru
And how many a town to which I gave respite while he was given to wrong-doing, then I grasped (overtook) it, and to Me is the return (the journeying’s end).
22/Al-Hajj-49: Qul ya ayyuha alnnasu innama ana lakum natheerun mubeenun
Say: O mankind! I am only a plain Warner to you.
22/Al-Hajj-50: Faallatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati lahum maghfiratun warizqun kareemun
Then (as for) those who believe (those who wish to reach Allah before dying) and do improving deeds (the soul’s purification), for them is Forgiveness (the changing of the sins- into the rewards) and a generous (honorable) sustenance (provision).
22/Al-Hajj-51: Waallatheena saAAaw fee ayatina muAAajizeena olaika ashabu aljaheemi
And (as for) those who strive against Our signs to frustrate them, they shall be the inmates of the Flaming Fire (Djahim).
22/Al-Hajj-52: Wama arsalna min qablika min rasoolin wala nabiyyin illa itha tamanna alqa alshshaytanu fee omniyyatihi fayansakhu Allahu ma yulqee alshshaytanu thumma yuhkimu Allahu ayatihi waAllahu AAaleemun hakeemun
And We did not send before you any Messenger or Prophet, but when he framed a desire, Satan cast into his desire (some falsehood), but Allah abrogates (abolishes, annuls) that which Satan throws in, then does Allah establish (makes firm) His signs (Revelations) and Allah is All-Knower, All-Wise (the Owner of Wisdom and Judgment).
22/Al-Hajj-53: LiyajAAala ma yulqee alshshaytanu fitnatan lillatheena fee quloobihim maradun waalqasiyati quloobuhum wainna alththalimeena lafee shiqaqin baAAeedin
So that He may make what Satan casts a trial (temptation) for those in whose hearts is a disease and those whose hearts are hardened (and darkened); and surely the wrong–doers are in a remote opposition (in a forgone dissension and discord).
22/Al-Hajj-54: WaliyaAAlama allatheena ootoo alAAilma annahu alhaqqu min rabbika fayuminoo bihi fatukhbita lahu quloobuhum wainna Allaha lahadi allatheena amanoo ila siratin mustaqeemin
And that those who have been given the knowledge may know that it [what the murshid (saint guide), or the Saint-Messenger, or the Prophet-Messenger has said] is the truth (coming) from your Lord, so that they may believe in it and their hearts may submit to it with humility [so that they may believe in Him, that their hearts may comprehend Him, that their hearts be satisfied by being taken from their hearts coverings (the divine computerized system that renders impossible the comprehension of the man) and being placed instead of it Ihbat (the divine computerized system that enables man to understand what the saint guide… conveys to them]; and most surely Allah is the One who guides those who believe (are âmenû, who wish to reach Allah) to the Straight Path (leading to Allah).
22/Al-Hajj-55: Wala yazalu allatheena kafaroo fee miryatin minhu hatta tatiyahumu alssaAAatu baghtatan aw yatiyahum AAathabu yawmin AAaqeemin
And those who disbelieve shall not cease to be in doubt about it until the Hour comes suddenly upon them, or there comes to them the torment of the day whose goal cannot be attained (of the day of death).
22/Al-Hajj-56: Almulku yawmaithin lillahi yahkumu baynahum faallatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati fee jannati alnnaAAeemi
The Sovereignty (Mulk) on that Day belongs to Allah. He will judge between them. Then those who believe (who wish to reach Allah) and do improving deeds [do the soul’s purification, do deeds that will make man reach the Station of Improvement] will be in the Gardens of Delight (Blessings).
22/Al-Hajj-57: Waallatheena kafaroo wakaththaboo biayatina faolaika lahum AAathabun muheenun
And (as for) those who disbelieve and belie (deny) Our signs, for them will be a humiliating torment.
22/Al-Hajj-58: Waallatheena hajaroo fee sabeeli Allahi thumma qutiloo aw matoo layarzuqannahumu Allahu rizqan hasanan wainna Allaha lahuwa khayru alrraziqeena
And those who emigrated in the Way of Allah and are killed or die, Allah will most certainly grant them a goodly sustenance, and most surely Allah is the Best Giver of sustenance (the Best of the providers).
22/Al-Hajj-59: Layudkhilannahum mudkhalan yardawnahu wainna Allaha laAAaleemun haleemun
He will certainly cause them to enter a place of entrance which they shall be well- pleased with; and most surely Allah is indeed All-Knowing, most Forbearing.
22/Al-Hajj-60: Thalika waman AAaqaba bimithli ma AAooqiba bihi thumma bughiya AAalayhi layansurannahu Allahu inna Allaha laAAafuwwun ghafoorun
That (is so); and he who retaliates with the like of that with which he has been afflicted and he has been oppressed, Allah will most certainly help him; verily Allah indeed is Oft-Pardoning, Oft-Forgiving.
22/Al-Hajj-61: Thalika bianna Allaha yooliju allayla fee alnnahari wayooliju alnnahara fee allayli waanna Allaha sameeAAun baseerun
That is because Allah makes the night pass into the day and makes the day pass into the night, and because Allah is All-Hearer, All-Seer.
22/Al-Hajj-62: Thalika bianna Allaha huwa alhaqqu waanna ma yadAAoona min doonihi huwa albatilu waanna Allaha huwa alAAaliyyu alkabeeru
That is because Allah–He is the Truth and what they call upon besides Him-it is the falsehood, and because Allah-He is the Most High, the Most Great.
22/Al-Hajj-63: Alam tara anna Allaha anzala mina alssamai maan fatusbihu alardu mukhdarratan inna Allaha lateefun khabeerun
Do you not see that Allah sends down water (rain) from the sky so that the earth becomes green? Surely Allah is Subtle (Benignant), Cognizant.
22/Al-Hajj-64: Lahu ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi wainna Allaha lahuwa alghaniyyu alhameedu
His is whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth; and most surely Allah is the Self-Sufficient (Rich, Free of all needs), the Praised.
22/Al-Hajj-65: Alam tara anna Allaha sakhkhara lakum ma fee alardi waalfulka tajree fee albahri biamrihi wayumsiku alssamaa an taqaAAa AAala alardi illa biithnihi inna Allaha bialnnasi laraoofun raheemun
Do you not see that Allah has subjected to you whatsoever is in the earth and the ships that sail through the sea by His Command? And He holds back the heaven from falling on the earth except with His Permission; most surely Allah is, for mankind, Full of Kindness, Most Merciful.
22/Al-Hajj-66: Wahuwa allathee ahyakum thumma yumeetukum thumma yuhyeekum inna alinsana lakafoorun
And He it is Who gave you life, and He will cause you to die, then bring you to life (again), most surely man is indeed ungrateful.
22/Al-Hajj-67: Likulli ommatin jaAAalna mansakan hum nasikoohu fala yunaziAAunnaka fee alamri waodAAu ila rabbika innaka laAAala hudan mustaqeemin
For every nation we appointed a single Law (Mansak=rites and ceremonies, acts of devotion) which they (must) observe, therefore they should not dispute with you about the matter (order) and call to your Lord; most surely you are indeed on the Guidance directed (towards Allah).
22/Al-Hajj-68: Wain jadalooka faquli Allahu aAAlamu bima taAAmaloona
And if they argue (contend) with you, say: Allah best knows what you do.
22/Al-Hajj-69: Allahu yahkumu baynakum yawma alqiyamati feema kuntum feehi takhtalifoona
Allah will judge between you on the Day of Resurrection about that in which you used to differ.
22/Al-Hajj-70: Alam taAAlam anna Allaha yaAAlamu ma fee alssamai waalardi inna thalika fee kitabin inna thalika AAala Allahi yaseerun
Do you not know that Allah knows what is in the heaven and the earth? Surely this is in a Book; surely this is easy to Allah.
22/Al-Hajj-71: WayaAAbudoona min dooni Allahi ma lam yunazzil bihi sultanan wama laysa lahum bihi AAilmun wama lilththalimeena min naseerin
And they serve besides Allah that for which He has not sent any authority (proof), and they have no knowledge of it (of that which they worship); and for the wrong-doers there is no helper.
22/Al-Hajj-72: Waitha tutla AAalayhim ayatuna bayyinatin taAArifu fee wujoohi allatheena kafaroo almunkara yakadoona yastoona biallatheena yatloona AAalayhim ayatina qul afaonabbiokum bisharrin min thalikum alnnaru waAAadaha Allahu allatheena kafaroo wabisa almaseeru
And when Our clear Verses (Signs) are recited (read and explained) to them, you will recognize the denial on the faces of those who disbelieve (deny), they almost spring upon those who recite to them Our Verses (Signs, Revelations…). Say: Shall I inform you of what is worse than this? the Fire (of Hell). Allah has promised it to those who disbelieve, and how evil is the destination (the journeying’s end).
22/Al-Hajj-73: Ya ayyuha alnnasu duriba mathalun faistamiAAoo lahu inna allatheena tadAAoona min dooni Allahi lan yakhluqoo thubaban walawi ijtamaAAoo lahu wain yaslubuhumu alththubabu shayan la yastanqithoohu minhu daAAufa alttalibu waalmatloobu
O manking! A parable is set forth ,therefore listen to it ;surely those whom you call upon besides Allah cannot create (even) a fly, even if they should all gather for it and if the fly should snatch away anything from them, they could not take it back from it (the fly). So weak are (both) the seeker and the sought
22/Al-Hajj-74: Ma qadaroo Allaha haqqa qadrihi inna Allaha laqawiyyun AAazeezun
They have not estimated Allah his Rightful Estimate (Power). Verily, Allah is All-Strong, All-Mighty.
22/Al-Hajj-75: Allahu yastafee mina almalaikati rusulan wamina alnnasi inna Allaha sameeAAun baseerun
Allah chooses Messengers from (among) the angels and from (among) the men; surely Allah is All-Hearer, All-Seer.
22/Al-Hajj-76: YaAAlamu ma bayna aydeehim wama khalfahum waila Allahi turjaAAu alomooru
He knows what is before them and what is behind them (the guarding angels) and to Allah are all orders (affairs) returned.
22/Al-Hajj-77: Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo irkaAAoo waosjudoo waoAAbudoo rabbakum waifAAaloo alkhayra laAAallakum tuflihoona
O you who believe (who are âmenû, who which to reach Allah before dying)! Bow down and prostrate yourselves and serve (become servants to) Allah, and do good that you may succeed (attain to the Salvation) (the Verse of Prostration).
22/Al-Hajj-78: Wajahidoo fee Allahi haqqa jihadihi huwa ijtabakum wama jaAAala AAalaykum fee alddeeni min harajin millata abeekum ibraheema huwa sammakumu almuslimeena min qablu wafee hatha liyakoona alrrasoolu shaheedan AAalaykum watakoonoo shuhadaa AAala alnnasi faaqeemoo alssalata waatoo alzzakata waiAAtasimoo biAllahi huwa mawlakum faniAAma almawla waniAAma alnnaseeru
And strive hard in Allah (‘s Way) (such) a striving as is due to him. He has chosen you and has not laid upon you any hardship in the Religion: (it is) the religion of your father Abraham. He named you Muslims (submitters to Allah) before and in this (the Qur’ân), that the Messenger may be a (bearer of) witness to you, and you may be bearers of witness (witnesses) to the men (people); therefore keep up the Prayer and pay the poor–rate (Az- Zakat) and hold fast to Allah; He is your Patron (Guardian) how excellent the Helper!
