Sura List » Al-Bayyina

98/Al-Bayyina-1: Lam yakuni allatheena kafaroo min ahli alkitabi waalmushrikeena munfakkeena hatta tatiyahumu albayyinatu
Those who disbelieved from among the People of the Book and the associators (the idolaters)were not going to leave(the disbelief)until a clear argument (proof) came to them.

98/Al-Bayyina-2: Rasoolun mina Allahi yatloo suhufan mutahharatan
A Messenger from Allah recites (reads and explains) purified pages (from any falsehood and doubt).

98/Al-Bayyina-3: Feeha kutubun qayyimatun
(Those pages are) books in which basic, immutable ordinances are written down.

98/Al-Bayyina-4: Wama tafarraqa allatheena ootoo alkitaba illa min baAAdi ma jaathumu albayyinatu
And those who were given the Book did not become divided (into sects) except after the clear evidence had come to them.

98/Al-Bayyina-5: Wama omiroo illa liyaAAbudoo Allaha mukhliseena lahu alddeena hunafaa wayuqeemoo alssalata wayutoo alzzakata wathalika deenu alqayyimati
And they were not enjoined (ordered) anything except that they should serve (become servants to) Allah, making the Religion pure for Him, as upright ones in disposition (hunefâe, as Hanîfs, as submitters to Allah) and keep up the Prayer(s) and pay the poor –rate (give Az-zakât) and this is the lasting Religion (that will last until the Day of Resurection)

98/Al-Bayyina-6: Inna allatheena kafaroo min ahli alkitabi waalmushrikeena fee nari jahannama khalideena feeha olaika hum sharru albariyyati
Surely those who disbelieve from among the People of the Book and the associators (the polytheists, the idolaters) shall be in the Fire of Hell, abiding in it (forever); they are the evil(the worst)of the created beings.

98/Al-Bayyina-7: Inna allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati olaika hum khayru albariyyati
(As for) those who believe (who wish to reach Allah while they are alive) and do improving deeds (that purify the souls’ hearts), surely they are the good (the best) of the created beings.

98/Al-Bayyina-8: Jazaohum AAinda rabbihim jannatu AAadnin tajree min tahtiha alanharu khalideena feeha abadan radiya Allahu AAanhum waradoo AAanhu thalika liman khashiya rabbahu
Their reward with their Lord is Gardens of Eden (of Perpetuity, of the Very Source of Bliss) under which the rivers flow, abiding therein forever; Allah is Well-Pleased with them and they are well pleased with Him; this is for him who is in awe of his Lord (who feels awe for his Lord).
