87/Al-A'la-1: Sabbihi isma rabbika alaAAla
Glorify the Name of the Most High of your Lord.
87/Al-A'la-2: Allathee khalaqa fasawwa
Who has created (everyrthing), then proportioned (it) [then arranged (it) harmoniously].
87/Al-A'la-3: Waallathee qaddara fahada
And Who has made (things) according to a measure [Who has ordained (their) destinies] then guided (to their goal),
87/Al-A'la-4: Waallathee akhraja almarAAa
And Who brings forth the pasturage (herbage).
87/Al-A'la-5: FajaAAalahu ghuthaan ahwa
And turns it into russet (dark) residue of flow.
87/Al-A'la-6: Sanuqrioka fala tansa
We will make you recite (the Qur’ân) so you shall not forget (it).
87/Al-A'la-7: Illa ma shaa Allahu innahu yaAAlamu aljahra wama yakhfa
Except what Allah wills, surely He knows what is manifest, and what is hidden.
87/Al-A'la-8: Wanuyassiruka lilyusra
And We shall make (it) easy for you so that it may be easy (for you).
87/Al-A'la-9: Fathakkir in nafaAAati alththikra
Therefore do remind (give admonition), in case the reminder (the admonition) profits (the hearer).
87/Al-A'la-10: Sayaththakkaru man yakhsha
He who is in awe (of Allah) will remember (repeat the Name of Allah, deliberate, receive admonition).
87/Al-A'la-11: Wayatajannabuha alashqa
And the most unfortunate (the most detached from the Truth) one will avoid it,
87/Al-A'la-12: Allathee yasla alnnara alkubra
Who shall be flung into the greatest Fire (Who will enter, will prop himself against, the greatest Fire).
87/Al-A'la-13: Thumma la yamootu feeha wala yahya
Then, in it he shall neither die nor live.
87/Al-A'la-14: Qad aflaha man tazakka
Indeed whosoever purifies himself (his soul) shall be successful (has attained to the Salvation both in the Hereafter and in this worldly life).
87/Al-A'la-15: Wathakara isma rabbihi fasalla
And remembers (repeats) the Name of his Lord and prays (performs the prayers).
87/Al-A'la-16: Bal tuthiroona alhayata alddunya
Nay! You prefer the life of this world.
87/Al-A'la-17: Waalakhiratu khayrun waabqa
And (while) the Hereafter is better and more lasting.
87/Al-A'la-18: Inna hatha lafee alssuhufi aloola

87/Al-A'la-19: Suhufi ibraheema wamoosa
(In) the pages of Abraham and Moses.
